I am looking to rent a 2-4 bedroom apartment in Valencia, Spain from approx. 10 Sept. 2007 to 10 Jul 2007. I will be sharing this apartment with a friend.
Some things I'm looking for are:
Location: around the area of the University of Valencia, the Old City and the beach
Price: 300-400 Euros/month (negotiable)
Other: new bathroom (with bathtub), new kitchen, electric stove, wireless internet, cable, terrace
