12m2 furnished room, very light, double bed, wide writting table, huge built-in wardrobe with a whole wall mirror, 6m2 balcony for that room’s private use. Just renovated flat, 70m2, to share with 2 flatmates (professionals). Very wide and light 20m2 dinning/living room with TV, kitchen with smooth stove, washing machine and another 6m2 balcony with morning sun. Complete bathroom. Land phone. Cable internet in the room. Individual, natural gas heating. Wooden floor. 5 minutes walk to the subway. Always a free parking-place right at the door, strange in Madrid, but true.
