Hi boys and girls!
My name is Miguel and I’m a spanish boy looking for 2 students (boys or girls) for a exterior double room (with balcony) which will be available from the 3rd of September. The price for this room is 500 €/month (250 €/month each person), including expenses of: water, light, gas, phone, Internet ADSL and more than 60 digital television channels. At the room there’s a private phone and internet line, so that it’s possible to use Internet at the same time in all the rooms of the flat.
The room has an exterior balcony, 2 separate beds, a big wardrobe with hangers and lots of drawers, and it's provided with sheets, spreads, bedspreads, eiderdowns, mattresses,... It also has 2 study desks, 2 chairs to study, 2 reading lamps and big shelves.
The flat has 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms, so it's made for 6 people, who will be all students. The room will be available from the 3rd of September. The minimum stay is at least 5 months (until the end of january) and the maximum is 10 months (until the end of june). I'm looking for serious, but also easy-going and funny people. I like people who want to involve in achieving a nice living-together, having fun but also cleaning the house and respecting the other flatmates.
Apart from the rooms, the flat has: 2 complete bathrooms, kitchen (with cooker, fridge, freezer, cupboards, microwave oven, laundry and TV), living-room with TV-DVD, balcony and covered balcony. It also has air conditioning and heating, and everything is completely furnished and full-equipped.
It’s in a very quiet and well-communicated area, because close to the flat there’s the metro station called MERCAT NOU (line 1, red) and two more called PLAÇA DE SANTS and BADAL (line 5, blue). There are also many lines of buses stopping near the flat (57 and 157), including night buses (nitbus).
