Hi boys and girls!
My name is Miguel and I’m a spanish boy looking for 2 young people (boys or girls) for a double room which will be available from next 3th of July. The price is 480 €/month (240 €/month each person), including: water, light, gas, phone, Internet ADSL and more than 60 digital television channels. At the room there’s a private phone and internet line, so that it’s possible to use Internet at the same time in all the rooms of the flat.
It’s completely furnished and it also has another double room and 2 single rooms, so it’s made for 6 people. The profile I’m looking for is 2 young and funny people who need the room between the 3th of July and the end of August. I'm looking for serious, but also easy-going and funny people. At the flat I like to have a great and respectful life-together, with a nice atmosphere.
Apart from the rooms, the flat has: 2 complete bathrooms, kitchen (with cooker, fridge, freezer, cupboards, microwave oven and laundry), living-room with TV-DVD, balcony and covered balcony. It also has air conditioning and heating, and everything is completely furnished and full-equipped.
It’s in a very quiet and well-communicated area, because close to the flat there’s the metro station called MERCAT NOU (line 1, red) and two more called PLAÇA DE SANTS and BADAL (line 5, blue).
