I'm looking for a young, respectful, independient, easy going, clean, non smoker lesbian or gay friendly girl who loves cats (there is one), to rent a room in the center of Madrid (Embajadores).Erasmus or spanish student preferably.
I'm living in a nice and quite new flat, in quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartament has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen...There are lots of grocery stores, shops, bars, parks in the area.
There are two metro station: Acacias (L5) and Embajadores (L3) (both of them less than 5 minutes from home by walking), and also two Cercanias-Renfe station: Pirámides and Embajadores (also less than 5 minutes from home by walking) and multiple bus routes (27,34,36,119,C1,C2). There is also four buses that runs throughout the night (N12,N15,Buho-metro L3 and Buho-metro L5).
The room is exterior, it has bed, a big table, 4 chairs, and a big shared wardrobe.
The rent is 400€ per month (water, gas, electricity and heating included).
One month of finance is required.
Rent for month/weeks.
