we are looking to let our independant villa in alfaz, it is set in beautiful gardens, 100sqm plot and has a private pool, terraces, garage and sea and mountain views. The villa has a totally independant apartment. We are looking to rent the villa for 750 euros per month plus bills (very cheap) in exchange for looking after the garden, pool and carry out light works to the villa ie painting, some render replacement to some garden wall areas.
