Hi to everyone!
My name is Miguel and I'm a spanish boy who is looking for 2 students (boys or girls) for 1 double room that will be available from next Monday and the periode of the stay could be between 5 months and 1 year. The price is 480 €/month (240 €/month each person), including: water, gas, light, phone, internet ADSL and more than 60 digital television channels.
It’s completely furnished and it’s in a flat that also has another double room and 2 single rooms, so the flat is in total for 6 people, who will be all students. I'm looking for serious, but also easy-going and funny students. I want to have students with a funny and nice living-together.
The flat is completely reformed and, apart from the rooms, it has a full-equipped kitchen (with fridge, freezer, TV, laundry and cupboards), a big dinning-room (with TV and DVD), 1 big balcony and 2 complete bathrooms. The flat has air conditioning and heating.
It’s in a very quiet neighbourhood and it’s very well comunicated, because it is very close to the metro station called “MERCAT NOU” (Line 1, red line).
