Three rooms to share in a gorgeus flat, next to the beach and to University. It is rented from march to june 2006. The flat is in c/ La Caramba (you can check it in a Malaga's city map), 2 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes to Teatinos University by bus. On the flat you have landline, so you can have Internet if you want to.
The flat has new furniture, and has been remodelated recently... It’s absolutly amazing! Big and spacious, everything new! It has three spacious and luminous bedrooms, each one with its own bed (new mattress), table and wardrobe; and a ventilator and a wide large window in the living-room. Everything has a lot of light (Málaga is a very sunny city). There is a room with a double bed and another one with air conditioning in it.
The flat is also very well communicated with the city centre (10 minutes by bus), and with Torremolinos (15 minutes by bus and 5 minutes by train), with frecuent buses. Also, it has supermarkets, the train's station, the bus station, and a shopping center very close.
The price of the rooms goes from 210 to 230, depending of the room (210 for the smallest; 230 for the double and air conditioning room). You can call us at (0034) 654691285
